Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 1pm PST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm PST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

What shipping service will deliver my order?

At checkout you can choose between two shipping options:

  • Free shipping: USPS, FedEx, or UPS (5-8 business days)
  • Express: FedEx Express (2 business days)
When do I receive my tracking information?

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 days of ordering, email us at info@lampnutra.com and a customer service representative will send it to you as soon as possible.

We take steps to protect your personal information. The entire website, including checkout, uses SSL encryption. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and we do not store full credit card numbers on our systems. Kratom & Lab Testing

What is kratom?

Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is a tree in the coffee family, native to Southeast Asia, where it has a long history of traditional use. It is sold in the United States as a botanical product. Royal Kratom offers kratom powders and kratom capsules in a variety of strains.

Kratom is not approved by the FDA for any medical use or as a dietary supplement.

What are the different types of kratom?

Royal Kratom offers a variety of kratom strains, each with its own alkaloid profile. Vein color (red, green, or white) refers to the color of the leaf's central vein and the leaf's maturity at harvest.

Alkaloid content varies by strain and batch, and you can compare it on the lab report for each product. Our powders and capsules are both made from ground kratom leaf; capsules are pre-portioned.

What is lab-tested kratom?

Royal Kratom sends its products to an accredited third-party laboratory for testing. Testing checks alkaloid content, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants such as mold, bacteria, and E. coli.

Results are published on our Lab Results page, and you can request the report for any batch you order. Testing verifies what is in a product. It does not mean a product is safe for any particular person or use.

Legal

Where can't you ship?

Kratom is legal in most of the United States, but it is prohibited or restricted in some states, cities, and counties. We do not ship to those locations, and it is your responsibility to check your local laws before ordering. Laws change frequently, so please contact us if you are unsure.

Where we cannot ship. We do not ship kratom products to the following states, cities, and counties, where kratom is prohibited or restricted: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin; and the City of San Diego, CA; the City of Oceanside, CA; the City of Denver, CO; Sarasota County, FL; Union County, MS; and Jerseyville, IL. This list is provided as a courtesy and is updated periodically; laws change frequently. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that purchasing and possessing kratom is legal where they live. Orders shipped to a restricted location may be cancelled and refunded.
