Shipping & Returns

For December 24th through January 4th, we will be closed for the holiday season. Any order placed after 1 PM PST on December 23rd, will be shipped on January 5th when we resume normal business hours.

Any orders placed after Thanksgiving may experience delays after leaving our facility due to high traffic due to holidays with shippers (USPS & FedEx). We cannot control this unfortunately once it leaves our facility. If you have any questions or need an order quickly, please reach out to us or select express at checkout (about 2-3 business days) for the quickest fulfillment option.

SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer our customers FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING on all orders placed before 1pm PST. Orders will only ship out on the same day if they are placed before 1pm PST, Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays excluded. If your order is placed after 1pm PST, it will be promptly shipped the next business day, Monday through Friday. Our current hours of operation are 9am PST to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday, with the exception of the following holidays: New Year’s Day - January 1st, Memorial Day, Independence Day - July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day - December 25th. Any order placed after 1 pm on Friday, Saturday's, Sunday's or holidays will be promptly shipped the following Monday or business day.

RETURN

We want to provide you with excellent customer service, so please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to info@lampnutra.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.

REFUND POLICY

All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
